SOS Pls!!! Replaced new smart card but still can't view anything :(`

Need some help.

As per everyone's advice, the Virgin media AU smart card (red and yellow color) has expired so I bought a replacement smart card which is this

So I replaced the card with this new one but I still cannot view any channels. Have I done something wrong or have I bought the wrong card?

My boxkey is the "ff"

Any help will be great!!

What is your box model? Try change your box key to 1f 2f 3f 4f 5f 6f 7f 8f .
