There are a few methods, probably the easiest is to FTP you image into the TMP folder, rename it to root.cramfs then go into your setup menu and flash the box from there.

Are u just needing to fix the auto-updating feature? If so then just FTP the nagrarom7.bin file to your /var/keys/ folder then restart your box.

MAY I ASK WHY YOUR FLASHING A NEW IMAGE? if its to fix your box there are other options which are easier and quicker. with your current image you only need to add the "fix" file.

to do this you can use ftp.

if just done a guide on how to use this method. the alternative is to flash a new image but i dont think any of the new images contain the fix file as of yet.
