Newbie need your help with DM800-C to be able to view on starhub!!!

Finding the DM800 to be very buggy. 2nd time restarting only to find my flash is corrupted again.

Any ideas why this is happening? Too hot?

What image is on the box? Maybe it is corrupted. Heat could be an issue too as mine shutdown by itself after prolong usage and have to wait for box to cool down before it can be powered on. I put a laptop cooler and have no issue after that.
