DM800 Bad Flash: Dream Multimedia -> error!

Hi all! While I was flashing my dm800 (clone) via LAN, firefox crashed and now my stb does not boot anymore, it gets stuck on "Dream Multimedia -> error!" and nothing else
I have already tried without success all the guides "Fix file to big", "Err01: NO CA FOUND". My display only shows "Dream Multimedia -> error!" without "Err01: NO CA FOUND". I tought it could be the sim (2.01) corrupted, so I tried with a sim (2.01) of a working dm800 --- same error, then I moved the sim I tought it could be corrupted on the working dm800 and it boots fine.

It reacts as if the sim was removed! Maybe the bootloader on the flash is corrupted...is there a way to write on the flash like jtag for the dm500? I really don't know what else to try :S

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry for my english, I'm italian

Use the search "NO CA FOUND" (with quotes), u will get the solutions.

Patched Dreamup & Use another working DM800HD as jumpstart are the common fix.

I tried almost everything suggested in those threads, DM800 always "Dream Multimedia -> error!", it's the same error that appears when you remove the sim. It seems that the sim-card holder does not recognize my sim although my sim works fine on other dm800s. I did some research and I found out that this error occurs in presence of bad-sim or bad sim-card holder contact or something else related with the sim. I'm not sure about that...can someone confirm this?

This is a very common problem and has been discussed many times on this forum and others.

Make sure to use the patched version of DreamUp. Connect your Ethernet cable and your null modem cable. Ensure that the 'Use Network' box is ticked. You need to have the correct IP address in the 'remote IP' field and I think most cases of the dreambox not being found are caused by incorrect IP.

The dreambox defaults to '192.168.1.10', so try this first. If still not successful try the last IP address your box was assigned.
