Seems like you're not quite sure what to do.

    Download the files from here...

    RapidShare: Easy Filehosting

Put the files in the keys folder in /var/keys.
Put the files in the scce folder in /var/scce.

Go to sky sports, reboot the box and that's you, leave it there until it comes on.

      depends on image

most common place is var/keys (on some images the var/scce is a symbolic link to var/keys)

on the PLI Jade image I use, the ROMS go in var/scce and they keys/config file in var/keys

I think that's why DevilFish said put files in both areas just to be covered.

Hi if you have correct files in var/k*ys and var/scce and you get your box to auto update by starting the cam keylist.txt will be created in var/k*ys

Try holding down the INFO key on the remote for two or three seconds. Then press OK to select Start EvoCamd.

I'm with you m8...no luck here either. I left it on s*y sports for 20 mins no luck at all.

I was previously on DW2.1 but have flashed with DK1.1. Looks a cool image if it would work to it's fullest extent.

Still, i'm waiting for someone to release a new image fully working from a fresh install, instead of trying to FTP the files. For us noobs that it a right messy unsuccesful operation.

Just curious as to what FTP prog you are both using to get the files from your pc onto dreambox?
Dont mean to state the obvious, as covering all angles but you have unpacked the .rar files?

Step back a bit. Check both folders (\var\scce and \var\keys) before transferring any of the updated filese and find out which one had the original data (nagraroms) in which at a guess I would say is \var\scce. Delete the corresponding ROM11 and ROM10 keys before FTP'ng the new ones across from your computer.
Reply yes to any files it has to replace.
