DM 500C crashed.

Hey Guys,
I'm using DM500c in SG. Just tried to update the software through the box and after updating, all my channels are gone.
Next i did a factory reset but still no effect so i updated again.
But this time the box crashed and now i'm stuck at the loading blue pli page and it just keeps refreshing.

Can anyone help me out on this?

U need to reflash the box again.

Thanks! But the box wont stop refreshing and i cant control it at all.

Any info you can help on stopping it from refreshing?

You need to use a null modem cable and dreamup. This will allow you to flash it again.
