Cannot recieve any channels, only radio stations

Hi

I need some help....... I cannot recieve any tv channels, it locks and syncs the frequency and displays the channels but I don't get a picture with them.
I have flashed the box (dm500) with a new image last night and it still does the same thing. any suggestions???

Quick question, I have recieved some channels when I flashed my new image, just a few music channels, but they are in black and white, will fixing the keys resolve this issue too?

No, this wont resolve. It could be down to a poor signal. I know I have trouble with breakup/pixelation with the MTV channels until i bought a yellow brick.

Those in the know ( i have one) are aware of its size and weight, hence the nickname "yellow brick".

It's a quality signal booster by Konig specifically for cable. Last time I bought one they were about ?30. Unsure where you can get them but sure you would be able to pick on up off fleabay. Some people have had success with cheapo tv cable boosters from argos but the Konig one is far superior.

Have a search on google for " Konig Cable TV/Broadband Signal Amplifier Booster"

have your set the box up for PAL europe ?...its probably on NTSC hence the black and white!
go into the settings and change.
