    Is the subbed box working...internet or anything. Not sure where Hemel Hemstead is but reckon its near or in London.

    Check server status by using the link below and select your area. Some of London is down due to VM, nothing to do with the boxes.

          If its because people have not put the fix in their box and are still using keys then they should give themselves a shake and fix it properly.

            Only in name you'll find that VM purchased all of the cable infrastructure of NTL - Telewest etc and if you use/have used keymaster you'll understand - I still have an NTL email addy as they operate through differing servers.

                yes my box is down and all i did was just went to sky sports 1 and restartes cam and they all came back on and yes they have changed the keys again i checked in tuxbox and it has been changed.

                    Box is down also in Scotland.

                    Rebooted and now working.

                        just came home to find my box had gone FTV, restarting the cams worked for me too, thanks for that Harry

                          OK I don't think there is actually a problem here, just a key change and we should all be able to handle it.

                          And there's always the possibility of a genuine problem with VM...remember that first before diving in and flashing your box.

                            Sorted - restarted cam, no go, rebooted box a couple of times on Sly sp 1 and it's fired up ok - Now I get some peace & quiet from the kids

                              Mine stuttered for a while but didn't actually go off, kids were watching Disney channel at the time. All settled down now.
