dm500c finds no services...hellllpppp

hi all...my dm500c is not findin any serivices during scans.....i flashed it 4 times still nothing...it locks and sync, it finds over 200 transponders...then finds 0 services.....what elese could be the problem

Sounds like a low signal to me. A signal booster should help you out.

Press Menu > Information > Streaminfo > Right > Right

What's the SNR and BER reading?

the snr is 96% and the ber is 0%.....also i manage to load a backup of my other box wich works fine...i see the chanels come up but still no picture

If you have any splitters try removing them and use a direct cable feed.
