hi guys my box has seemed to lost the channels only have the free tv have vermin attacked or is it just me as my daughter was watchin playhouse disney and the channel kept breaking up in picture so i changed it to another channel and when i when 2 sly sports the chan was blank help .

s yeah it was a rollercoster of all of 30mins i must have hit the panic button which is this site but yeah thank god i dont want 2 miss out on the xmas telly (me hopes)
