I've moved over from a Dbox2 to a Dreambox 500 and have been playing about with it to get used to it. I downloaded DreamboxEdit as well as looking through the file system using FTP.
Now that i've had a look, i wanted to FTP in some bouquets and services that i downloaded from here. I put them in the folders that the sticky said (Enigma version) and rebooted. The same bouquets are there and nothing appears to have changed at all. I noticed there is a var_init folder as well as a var one that you can't delete the bouquets and services files from and wonder if this is why it doesn't change after adding new ones and rebooting?
I've tried other methods by deleting all related bouquets and services files in the enigma folders (once backed up) and adding in the files and rebooting. I've then went down the DreamboxEdit road and tried that but nothing changes.
Does anyone have any ideas?
