    (NEEDED) USB null modem cable for laptop, which one works

    (NEEDED) USB null modem cable for laptop


    Can anyone point me in the direction of usb null modem cable that has worked for them with a laptop i bought one but its a pice of junk

    Don't mind where Ebay or Bricks and Mortar store will do

      if ur using vista there are driver problems m8 try the forums the lads have sorted it

        probably just be using it with XP

        Any links to the one thats in Maplin?

        Yorklads do you have first hand experience of this lead or does anyone else have a lead they bought and can vouch for.

          Here is the Maplin Link > USB to Serial 9-Pin Male Adaptor > Maplin

          I have one of these and must say it works flawlessly,you must install the software though that comes with it.

              You will also need a Serial Null Modem 9-Pin Female to 9-Pin also available from Maplin > Serial Null Modem 9-Pin Female to 9-Pin Female > Maplin
