I would image all the files in download section are rared up. Do you have winrar, if not then you can get it in the software section. Its also in the download section but if you use that one...you wont be able to open it as it will also be rarred up.

noobs guide was wriiten by me in word 2007. you need this Download word 2007 viewer free software - Downloads Free - word 2007 viewer. word 2007 viewer search (and winrar ) to view it

I think I see the problem. The file has the extension .doc.docx

If you delte the .docx part it will be ok.

That is the original, it was just created by a newer version of word than you are using. You can use shadys post above or if you right click on the file and select "open with" and tell it to use Word, it will ask if you want to update...select Yes.
