channels not working

Hi, I've been away on holiday all week and have come back to no channels. Before i went away i sorted the auto update feature with the new ROM 7 file and everything worked great. Now having come back i am only getting FTA channels.
the keys have updated today but still nothing.
HELP!!

any ideas?

ps im doing a rescan to see if that works..

let us know how the scan goes m8 if it doesnt work try applying the fixes again.

try and change the cam,press and hold the info button for few seconds.

the channel scan locked up after an hour. so i switched off and on again, but still didn't get anything. i've checked the emulator and its using evocamd. it doesn't appear to be updating..

?

got it working after i manually entered the keys. so im gonnae try reapplying the fix and see what happens. cheers for the help guys..

best bet is re flash wit ur backup, u did make a backup right ? had same prob a few times dat should sort it

I had the same problem mate after applying the update, turned out I hadnt updated the AU to 02 in keylist.txt, was set to 01 so didn't auto update.

u can access ur key file with ur remote,depending on the image u r using for the dk:
press the blue button>tuxbox commander>var>keys>highligt keys.txt and press 4 on ur remote(u r now in ur key file)>highlite the line with a wrong key and press ok>change the incorrect number or letter>press ok>press red to save changes 2ice>exit to the clear screen>restart ur cam

Sorry to jump on this thread.......(This has happened after the latest reflash) But I have an issue with Tuxbox commander. When I try to access it I get a message telling me of a fatal error. The box then reboots and I get a few channels, some FTA and some others. I don't get, movies, sports or Setanta.


Any ideas or solutions. Should I reflash it? If that doesn't sound too stupid a question. (This was before it all went pear shaped) It's just that a while back I tried to manually update the keys in tuxbox and there was something missing and although tuxbox seemed to be there from various pictures I've seen showing how things work I still had a fatal error message. I can't explain it properly, but if you imagine looking at the two sides of tuxbox commander there was something different about the one side from the images I saw. Don't remember what exactly.

Is tuxbox built in with the DK flash or should I apply it to the box myself?

By the way it's a dreambox 500c.

ye m8 just reflash it and it should solve ur problem.the dk image comes with tuxbox in it.

Some channels not working on my Dreambox 500C

I have had my Dreambox 500C for a few weeks, I had it flashed by a friend as I havn't a clue how to do it myself. It worked fine but a few days ago some of the channels have 'gone missing' Some FTA channels and also some pay channels. Any ideas on getting them back?
