hiy people can u flash a box with a crossover cable with dreamup or do u just use null modem cable my new pc does not have correct port for null modem

crossover only for flashwizard and null only for dreamup m8.

i have flashwizard but do u need to be connected to the internet as i only have a ethernet port not a wireless router

no just connect ur box to ur laptop via crossover> go to communication setup on ur box>untick dhcp > change the ip on ur box and start flashwizard.
