Works fine on both sat and cable, and it wont kill your box, only certain Gemini images will kill your box, so best to stay away from gemini.

Thanks very much for info will give it ago, Would i use FlashWizardPRO to flash this or something else.

First time use a null modem cable and dreamup to flash a new image.
