DM800 HD - not working, help

I just bourght a DM800HD from Dreaminthebox, when it arrive it did not work, the set can't startup, it say - Dream multimedia, --) error!
Can anyone help.

Did you encounter the error when u first power on the set or when the set has finish the booting process?

If you hold the power button while you power it on, does it enter software upload mode?

Open it up and reset the tuner and check all the cables.

Open the casing>check simcard holder.The simcard holder loose or your simcard faulty. Get supplier to sent you new simcard if possible.

The SIM card out of place, it's alright now.
