Repairs for dreambox

Does anyone know where in the uk i could send a dm600pvr for repair ?
The sound has gone and everyone has a deep muffled voice

If it's under a year old I would contact the place you bought it from and get it exchanged under warranty.

If you bought it from a Dream Multimedia approved seller, you should be able to get a repair center somewhere. If you bought it from China, good luck sending it back.

Other than that, I'd try reflashing the image, reseat all cables, use a different scart cable, try a different TV etc, are you sure it's the Dm600?

I am sure its the box but i will try and reflash first, i bought it in the uk but i beleave the place is no longer there, and it is just outside the year anyway.

i would personaly reboot the box and check the scart leads from box to tv
also try a different scart lead before jumpin in to reflash

also try conecting it to the tv with the rca cable that came with the box.
