dream box ?

hi guys i posted a thread regarding the soft mod with virgin boxes but i think it was mis read of sorts so here it is basicly my mate has got virgin and has another box that he says piggy backs the virgin box he only has basic package but the other box allows him to watch sky sports and all movies basicly all the channels is this true or is he yanking my chain

he may be using the other box via a c/s server. although in now way is this 'piggybacking' his subbed box
