DM800 stopped working

i have 2 dm800hd on full 2yrs subscription with card sharing on cccams 214 the past few days unable to get my movies and sports ex my subscription is with xxxxxxx can any body out there tell me if is servers as crashed is phones are off and is web sites are down need help guys thanks

Must be server related (presume you rebooted. Router/modem). Doesn't look good if site is down.
