DM500 help

hi got a brand new dreambox 500c today. sorry but cant get it to work. i get to transponder scan and thats it. any help would be much appreciated. a guide on setup from scratch would be wkd. or just point me in the direction of the answer i need as im sure all you guys have been asked this a thousand times.. thanks..

You need to flash it before you can use it. Check the guides.
