BAD RECEPTION PLEASE HELP!!!

I HAVE A DM 500C ALL THE NEW SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED AND I GET EVERY CHANNEL I AM IN THE NORTH WEST AREA (LIVERPOOL) IAM HAVING TROUBLE GETTIN SKY 1 SETANTA1 AND SKY SPORTS NEWS I GET A REALLY BAD RECEPTION FOR THESE CHANNELS ANY IDEAS ON WAT I CAN DO IF YOU COULD GUIDE ME THROUGH IT THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!!

What software you running m8 and what CAM are you using. You should try the DK image or DW image with evocam 217.

try evocamd 2.13, 2.12 should be ok, i stay away from 2.17, i stick to what i got working.

try a re scan of all transponders if u cant it then Chances are its a signal strength problem, try a signal booster m8

Booster or attenuator,cams wont make a difference.

im thinkin u ave a splitter on the line to 1 or more boxes cos i have and its those channels that have a weak sig for me but i found the farthest away one has the poorest signal, its the kids one so i dont mind.
