DM500 Dreambox stopped working

My dreambox was working fine but it stopped working.

So i thought it was the dreambox or the server therefore i tried it on another house and it worked.

So i thought the problem was with the satellite but im getting the free channels.

Please help.

P.S i have tried 3 different boxes with different images and still the same problem.

are you able to download from the blue button or anything from box?

Have you tried pluging it direct in to the modem and bypassing the router?

Its not the box if it works else where.
