DM500 DM500c not showing any channels

Hi guys, I was watching tv and suddenly the screen goes blank. The same goes for both FTA n SH channels. I tried power cycling the box but still no results. Im using the Black 888 DM500c with pli image. EPG shows 'no info'. Could it be caused by a bad tuner ?

You mention SH,meaning in SG right? Sg using cable tuner.
Possible scenario...

1) Your box flash erase the image by itself.

Solution: Reflash with working image,your STB should work again.

2) Hardware faulty>mainboard short circuit>power adapter burn.

Solution:Sent for repair or get new power adapter.
