does anyone know how to open ppv chaneels on the cable openmedia500cs. i have it up and running wit all cable chanels except ppv events. i am using the latest rom 7 to get all cabe chanels.

Are you talking about the on-demand movies?

Simple answer is you can't.

However, you can leech movies that your neighbours are watching by flicking through the on-demand frequencies, the problem with this is that you are not in control, you can not order a movie, you have no idea if or when a movie will begin, the viewer may pause, rewind or fast forward the stream at any time.

It's not worth bothering with IMO.

If OTOH you are talking about PPV boxing matches, concerts etc then your services and bouquets will most like have the PPV frequency already stored.
