DM500 freeze at startup

My dreambox 500c freezes at the startup and doesn't boot into the channels. It froze at the pli-images.org picture.
My supplier told me it was due to prolonged use of the wrong cable. I was using the ordinary cable that came with the box and until now then my supplier told me to change to coaxial cable.
My supplier refuses to change the box for me

Do a reflash on the box but u need to have the necessary files in order to watch paid channels.

hi all.
i have the same problem with DM500S but i can see just black screen,
and it looks like its restarting im self every 2-3 seconds,
green light is on, but remote is dead cant do nothing with.
I was trying to reflash with dreamup 1.3.2.1,
i use null modem cable,
dreamup recognize the box type: DM500
then its saying under bar: initiating flash-loader upload...
and then nothing happens, i leave it like this 1 hour and nothing!!!

image i try to use is PLI-Jade2 DM500, i think its the good one for my box type.

anyone help pls!!

Try a newer version of Dreamup, I use 1.3.3.4

Hardware problem. Get it repair or throw away. Flash is no the solution, problem will come back.
