DM500 poblem with dmbox500c

hi im having some poblem dm500c i flashed the dmbox with software version v.21. all channels are working but few channels got no sound please help

Try pressing the green button to see if there is more than one audio channel

PS. it could be the scart lead even if its out just a tiny bit you lose audio or video (colour problems)
