DM800 Plugins not showing up after install

I am a new dm800hd user. Currently, box is flashed with enigma2. My box is connected to the net. When I select any plugin to download, it always reports as successful. I see a window which is something like this :



but it doesn't appear in the list. What am I doing wrong.. thanks for your help

Anyway, if I want to try to ftp, can someone tell me the default plugins folder so that it can be done manually?

You need to restart Enigma for them to show up.

Most plugins want installing properly, you can manually install by transferring them into /tmp/ then use the manual installer in most images. For a totally manual install, the folder goes in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/
