It may be best if you get someone in your area to send you a copy of thier settings by using dreamedit and this will save all the channels and bouquets, then you just ftp back to your box

Yeah I used to get Sky1 on mine up until about 3 weeks ago - then it just disappeared

do you have something like "no service"? cos it happen the same to me. But if you go to "all services" sky1 is still there. So just delete it from your bouquet and put it back in from all services. Hope this works
