channels skip

i dont know why but i was watching G.O.L.D and the channel skipped automatic to sky sports 1 its automaticaly goes in the sports or sometimes different bouquets channel without me even doing anything any idea why this is happining?

keyroll maybe?...if you go back to G.O.L.D is the picture black?...had it a few times, just restarted the cam and all was well....

na its not key roll thats what i first thought but i know its defo not that as the keys have not changed yet and i have checked and when i go back the channel gold does come back its just that i have to keep changing it back to what i was watching as it changes.

change the batteries in your remote and check for any sticky buttons etc........

if that doesnt work it maybe a problem with your cam or image try re flashing (last resort)
