Conver DM500S in to DM500C

I have an original DM500s that I am not using anymore and has the turner broken. I was thinking to convert it in to a Cable receiver for Virgin. Is this possible? If yes can you help and how much will cost?

possible mate but very hard to do al least six pins to desolder on each box then swap tuner and solder again the pins are too close have a look and see for yourself mate
