Dreambox 500c plugin for MediaPortal

Hi Guys,

Recently built a HTPC and currently using the MediaPortal front end, would like to connect the dreambox up and get the EPG & recording working. Don't suppose anyone has successfully done this? all the current plugins seem to be outdated with no instruction on how to use them.

Hi, your best bet would be a tv card (cable) for your pc then you can record to the pc, set pvr, get epg etc etc.
