Can anybody tell me what an exclamation mark at the beginning of a listing means. Ive just got a Black Box 500. Im very new to all this so many more questions anr just waiting in the wings

The exclamation mark is the 'new found flag', to remove it highlight the channel - press menu on the remote and click ok to remove it

mate at work is going to put the ?keys? on again for me. Im getting all the channels listed on a UK cable 6952 search but no picture on any of them (bar free to air).

If that doesnt do it, might ask for more help from you guys.

And for the reds fan im on the outskirts of London, place called Banstead.
