DM500 Need help after factory reset DM500-C

Hi all,

As per subject title, i need help with getting my dreambox up again after a factory reset.

I have read numerous threads from other users but am still stuck as i am totally new to this and do not understand terms like flash image, etc.

My cable tv provider is St***ub. i am using Mac OS, so hope there is no issue NOT using a Windows PC to setup the dreambox.

i would appreciate a detailed step by step guide (no geeky jargons please), or a link to a pre-existing thread with this information.

Yes, u definitely need a Window based PC to do flashing. I am not sure if there is a dreamup version for MAC
