Cannot view any channel even FTA

Hi,

I just bought a dm900c-v but when i plugged it in. all channels have no signal even the FTA channels.

From my initial search in the forum, i read one post that hints that the box is faulty.

Any ideas how to make it work? flash a new firmware? I am also not able to contact my supplier. FML.

Did u connect antenna cable from box to S***H*b point?

It could be the firmware because the values it scans on when they come default are for a different network.
