DM500 Installing DM500C in 1st hand apartment

I am currently using DM500C at my house and i am able to watch all the channel.
Once i shift the DM500C to my friend house, i am not able to watch any channel including the FTA channel, once i remove it, i can watch FTA channel on the TV. My friend house is 1st hand apartment, i believe the Starhub signal filter is blocking the transmitting signal to the Dreambox.
Is there anyway to watch all channel using DM500C at my friend house??

I am in Singapore, i tried scanning all the transponder.Return result is no service or transponder found.

Sorry m8, your apartment is not wired up with SH signal. You either sub a lowest package or pay the maintainance to wire up for you at a fee.
Please note that all new HDB or Private only have FTA signal. FTA signal from SH is NOT that same. Posted somewhere in this forum "SH services". Please see the allocation table. FTA only for Chn5 and chn8 only with DreamBox.

I am not able to recieve FTA channel for Chn5, ChnU and chn8 with DreamBox. Once i remove the dreambox, i can recieve FTA channel.
