Hi i have an envision en500c cable box, which was working perfectly then my mate who got me the box told me that due to maintenance channels will go off for a bit, but when he told me that everything is back on, but channels didnt come on matter of fact there was only one channel (alibi) was on and then that channel went off. i put that box on after few months now all channels are there, but they not coming on, think box need re flashing, could someone please help with that and what programmes i need to re flash. as i never done this before, but paid ?120 for the box. dont want it to go to waste. Thank you
