Help please

I am trying to back up the image on my 500c

I have downloaded dreamup and connected all the cables.
I have got a connection and selected back up, it starts to back up the image to my pc then suddenly errors up and stops and when i try to ping it again it says its no able to communicate.

I have tried several times and it errors up at a different point everytime.

Any ideas whats going on ?

have to tried to reboot pc and box and start again u never know

dream up 1.3.2.1 downloaded from here !!

I am gonna try again tomorrow and I will disable my firewall, antivirus and anything else that may me stopping it.
