DM600 Full image not backing up (no Keys)

Hi can some one tell me why when I do A backup of my image from the remote to the media hdd folder to save for when I need to back it up that it does not do a full woking image I Still have to put the keys in when i flash,,should they not just stay therelike the 500c or do I have to chmod them or what thanks in advance

Hi devilfish im just using Dreamup m8 as im only into the box,s and have not even tried telneting as I never do although i do ftp alot thanks for you reply
