How to get freeview on a dreambox?

Is it just a case of putting the Antenna wire into the dreambox and scanning?

you wont get freeview on any dreambox unless it has a dvb-T type tuner in it , most have a C tuner or an S tuner fitted

best check what tuner is in yours and then connect a suitable feed

if its a C type tuner , then scan your local provider same as on any other cable box , ensuring you have a live vm feed
