Couple of EPG questions

ive moved a few channells around alright, but had to rename them ie sky one/sky 1 etc...just to group related ones together as there in alphabetical order..imo u cant beat bouquets tho..the channells i had to move were for the missus cos she is every time i try a diff img.....oh and u cant use the info bar to go through channells like the sly one

thanks 4 the reply m8. I've got all the bouquets setup how i want them. Just wanted to put all the channels in the order of my bouquet......from terrestrial to entertainment to movies etc.

i suppose the only way is to do it alphabetically but it could get messy, ie...AAAsky1 AAAsky2
up to ZZZbbc1 ZZZbbc2
example group AAA might have 20 channells group BBB 14 channells and so on and group them like that, backup ur services and bouquets first and have a go, might take a while tho

001 bbc 1
002 bbc 2
003....

Now if there was only an auto update to fix my laziness.....that sounds like one hell of a mission.

hmmm, now would u use a null modem or crossover cable for that fix.......wait till u come home from the pub some night and have a go at it and wait till u see ur channell layout next mornin, that could be priceless

I don't understand what you mean about the bouquets?

If you have the Terrestrial bouquet set up like this:

BBC1
BBC2
ITV
CH4
Five
etc etc

If you are on BBC1 and you press up you will go to BBC2. If you again press up you go to ITV, etc.... Is this not what you want?

Im guessing from your first post that what you mean is the bouquets are setup but the channels in each bouquet are all over the place... If so then just go to setup, service org, edit bouquets, then pick the bouquet you want to organise then use the green button to move the channels into the order you want them in each bouquet

then go to setup, expert setup and tick "auto bouquet change" so that it'll change to the next bouquet automaticly each time your going up/down the channels and you reach the end of each bouquet itll jump to the next one

am the same as devilfish ,if you have a problem with the bouquets this is how i set mine out

terestrial
films
sport
uk gold
shopping etc
the first file is terestrial and the first channel in there is bbc 1 and its number 1 and its also set up as default channel so when you switch your box on it goes to bbc 1 , next channel is bbc 2 then bbc 3 then bbc 4 and so on is this what you mean ,have a look at my upload of service files and bouquets for central region its for a d box but i set all my files the same way you can play around with files any way you want
