Lost sound on some channels

Have a 500c and it works great except i've noticed that i've lost the sound on a few of the channels (mutv, comedy 1+1). The pic is fine -- just can't hear anything!

Any suggestions anyone?

PS Scart lead is ok

I am very new to the Dreambox (only had it for 24hrs), but I had sound missing from one channel today. I pressed the Audio button on the remote and used the up/down buttons to select a different Audio stream. This worked for me.

When i press Audio on the remote i get a screen that just has MP3 Playlist on it.

When i go into Menu --> Settings --> 2. Audio --> i have; Stereo, On, On selected.

Can't find any other audio stream -- any suggestions?
