    DM500 DM500C Show no signal

    Hi , i m sending this post on behalf of my friend . His set is the one as attachment.. He mentioned no signal from SG S**rH$b channel ...Nt sure hw it appear because i didnt go home to try e set , myself is unfamiliar with all this programming or troubleshooting issues...He jus bought e set less than a month n this problem occurs..His set is the Dreambox DM 500-C (DM500C) . ....

    Hope any kind soul could assist...Thnks and appreciate..

    sounds like it may not have a live coaxial feed from provider,thats usually what no signal means.

      Me too! Happened only just now! Then my hand itchy go press reset setting now even worse they said no channel found press yes to scan? Oh my god somebody help! Mine Is cardless one.

        Ok bro had an advice frm someone .. Havnt tried his/her method yet but u may try it out.

          Hi. It happened to me too. Can anyone help me to resolve this? Its my first time using and doing this. First it states no signal and i also press on reset setting and now theres no channel found.

            You need a valid cables xml.
            Then do a Bruteforce scan .................Paul

                These members with this problem here are not from the UK so i would imagine there cable system is a little different than ours
