dm500 stream help

hi please help i have a dm500 have followed every guide, i have firefox installed with vlc installed all the latest versions using vista (which i now is crap), so basically when i open the interface on firefox and click on the vlc button top right it should show the sound and picture, i know this because i have managed to watch some channels not all and when it does show a picture i have to click on the vlc button at least ten times. my main concern at the moment is watching the box on my pc because i know you can record on to hard drive one step at a time ty. or if there is other easy programs i can use.

there is a very simple and easy program u can use. its available on the site that makes the eagle boxes. (not sure if i can mention the name so i wont).

but all you do is enter the box ip user name and password and click connect. works first time and with no problems.
