Noob needs to be spoonfed

badly need to download spoonfeed files . Am hanscuffed on downloads what do I have to do to access.

hello all,
the guide was perfect as i have managed to ftp all the nagrarom files to the box under /var/scce.

i can now see a picture but its runs fine for 2 seconds
then its starts to freeze and get all choppy (same goes for
the sound).

can anyone help, i think i'm nearly there, just a few tweaks
should do it.

and for some reason its working.
