still cant download

hi still cant download,tryed downloading. Download dw v2.0 Image for DM500c]starts to download gets to 192kb then just freezes ,tried several times any help please.

hello KAOS can only load 3% of file than it dont go no further,

Try a different browser, clear your temp internet files, disable AV and firewalls, tried a different PC, on a different connection...have you tried any of this?

It works for me so there's not a lot I can do unless I can replicate the problem.

I think you've got a problem with the antivirus firewall. It detects something strange with the downloading image and crashes.

Make a factory reset two times, it works for me time ago.
