DM500 Stream from PC to Dreambox

I have been trying everything i know. (Which is not much apart from reading this forum). What I am trying to do is play movies from my pc on to the dreambox without any luck what so ever.

There doesnt seem to be a guide to follow of any sort.

Any help would be muchly appreciated?
