hi can anybody help. I have a 500c box. when I click on sly box office it gives me a black screen on all other channels. I reboot the box and all the channels come back but still no box office. thanks in advance for any help.

i know i get a blank screen when no broadcast but it should not erase all the other channelsComment

Hi the reason for the blank screen on other p*y channels after going to sbo is the emu /evocam is auto updating for the k*ys this does not happen when there is something on sbo , there is still wwe on at the mo, devilfish guide to manual tune does work but i found the frequency/provider for swest tw is 771

I always get a blank screen on there but if i go to ppv channel voila its there
