PLZ.... HEeeelp me I am losing my 500s & 7020

I need help from anyone, I have the DM-500s & DM-7020 since 40 days ago I am working so hard to get any ccam to open the channels on Hotbird but I felt.... every time my boxes hang-up and I do new install to them, Really I am worry that so long in this way I will lose the both of my boxes .... can anyone tell me how I can found good Image for DM-500s & DM-7020 and how and where can I put the ccams ????? PLEASE HELP

For the 500, I use nemesis 4.2; cccam 2.0.11 for sharing and work perfectly
