Reconnecting my DM500-c

I live in Barbados, and have a DM500-c which use to pick up feed from one of the cable providers, they have since blocked the feed. Not only do i not have access to cable, i tried to reconnect it via the internet and in the process reset the DM500-c to factory, causing all the previously programmed channels setting to be deleted. Can someone help me fix this.
